Andrew is a technology transactions lawyer with an ICT industry background and extensive back-end operational experience across enterprise technology, telecommunications infrastructure, cloud, outsourcing, IP, privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing and complex digital transformation agreements – combining law with first-hand technology delivery experience at leading global suppliers including IBM, CSC and Nokia Networks.

Having worked on both sides of the fence as supplier and customer, Andrew understands first-hand how enterprise-scale ICT transactions are specified, engineered, priced, negotiated and delivered in practice.
